Jeanie Marie Buss (born Jeanie Marie Buss) is a famous American woman in business. She is the current president and the controlling owner for the Los Angeles Lakers National Basketball Association. Buss born in California, grew up with an affluent family background. Jerry Buss was her father. Jerry Buss started out as a realty tycoon and then later owned the Lakers. In 1972, her parents broke up in divorce and she was left feeling emotionally abandoned. As a 19-year-old she was able to take over the Los Angeles Strings professional Tennis team as their General Manager. The team was later renamed the Los Angeles Blades professional roller hockey team. The position she held was President of Great Western Forum prior to becoming the vice-president of Lakers. Buss took over Lakers ownership Lakers by her dad in the year 2013. Five siblings of hers inherited it through a family estate trust. Her duties were assumed as the president of Los Angeles Lakers. Buss is also co-founder of Women of Wrestling a pro-wrestling promotion headquartered at Los Angeles.
